| Spatial Extent of Data | All DNR state lands managed by Forestry Division, predominantly in the northeastern and north-central areas of the state. Lands not administered by the state are usually not included in the inventory, although many county and municipal foresters use DNR mapping techniques. |

| Completeness | In the forested areas, the minimum mapping unit is from .5 to 2 acres. In the treeless areas, 1/8 acre wetlands are mapped. Users seeking a continuous inventory across the landscape will be disappointed, since the data is spatially fragmented. |
