Although the data are accurate, they are not the officially recognized wetland and forest maps used by the City of Duluth or other jurisdiction for the purposes of ordinance interpretation or enforcement.

Federal, State, and local regulatory agencies with appropriate jurisdiction may describe wetlands and forests in a different manner than that used in this inventory.
