Local Interface component

Originally a local (pyGTK?) interface for administering a DataWorkshop service was considered. But it seems likely that there is nothing you could do locally that you should not also be able to do remotely, and that therefore the web interface should (a) be developed first, and (b) should eliminate the need for a local interface. This means that the InstallSystem? will have to either guide the user through installing a web server, or, preferably, include a light weight server bundled with the software.
